Job Profile  

Sales and Business Development of pumps in India.
o Identifying and quantifying opportunity size.
o Setting short term and long term goals.
o Forming business development strategy and the execution plan.
o Implementation, measurement and fulfilment of plan.
o Driving the whole initiative across the sales team.

Acquiring market intelligence, analysing, inferring and applying it for business development.

Developing market relationships.

Qualification  Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Chemical preferred. Engineers from other stream can be considered if combined with relevant experience.


Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Process/Chemical/Production technology. MBA in marketing would be preferable.
Min 7 to 10 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development with industrial capital goods. Experience in  screw pumps will be an advantage.
Should have a successful track record of achieving or surpassing goals.
Should be sound in entrepreneurial thinking, technical skills and communication skill
Should be self-motivated and perseverant.
Should be capable of working in a matrix organisation structure.
Should be willing to travel extensively across India.
